I believe that meaningful change begins in a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Seeking therapy can feel vulnerable, and my goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe showing up exactly as you are.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with nearly 10 years of experience working with adults (18+) who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, interpersonal challenges, and the emotional complexities of pregnancy and the postpartum period. I hold a Master’s degree in mental health counseling and am the owner of my own private practice, where I am honored to walk alongside individuals during some of their most challenging—and transformative—moments.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and relational. I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most powerful tools for healing, and I prioritize building trust, connection, and authenticity in our work together. While I bring clinical expertise and evidence-based practices into the therapy room, I also believe it’s important for clients to know that I’m human too. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about exploring, learning, and growing together.
I am deeply passionate about the work I do and feel privileged to support individuals as they gain insight, develop coping skills, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with themselves. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for a space to process and grow, you don’t have to do it alone.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
