Have questions? Let’s chat! A brief consultation is offered as a time for you to ask any questions regarding beginning therapy. This is also a time in which I may gather some information from you to see if we are a good match.
Individual Sessions
$100
Individual sessions are approximately 45-50 minutes in length. Sessions take place over phone or video via a secure HIPPAA compliant platform.
I am in-network with BCBS, Aetna, United Healthcare, Optum, Oxford, and Oscar. If you have a different insurance provider that covers out of network services, if requested, I will provide all information needed to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
